Alright, so I am finally NOT settled in. I mean seriously I don't think I am ever going to have a stable environment again. I'm been on the go since May. But it's all good, I'm not complaining.
Camp was totally AMAZING!!! Being head female counselor was a lot harder than I ever thought, but I had an amazing head male counselor to help me out, honestly I wouldn't have made it without you Big Jon.
So I finished up camp, came home for a day and then left for TYI. Oh my goodness, it was wonderful. I have never felt so ready for a REVOLUTION in THe Salvation Army, as I do now. Our guests were Captain Danielle and Captain Stephen,, they are from The War College in Canada. It was really great to hear about how they are taking us back to our ROOTS with their ministry there in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. They taught me a bunch of things.
The biggest thing that happened this summer was a BURDEN that I have had since last year, was just lifted off of me, I finally had the courage to just lay it down at GOD'S FEET and say you know I don't care how much I am tempted I am NOT going to pick it up again. so That just ROCKS.
Well, now I am unpacking and washing then repacking because I move into the house next week, I am sooooooooooo excited. This semester is going to bring so much new stuff, it's not even funny. Anyway, I hope every is well, and Go for Revolution
