Oh yeah one last thing -- we were told thaat at Urbana we wouldn't have the stuff to check email and all that so I won't be checking email or anything like that until Jan 2nd.

Hey -- so it's one day until Christmas and 2 days until I leave for Urbana. How much fun is this going to be. I have gotten to keep my youngest nephew Jayden all week because we didn't want for him to get sick. And I tell you -- it is going to be a long long time before I have children.

Last weekend we had Christmas at my Poppy's and Innie's house -- but since Innie passed away I guess I just call it Poppy's now. He gave me a present and it was so sweet -- it was something that I had brought Innie back from Haiti.

Right now I'm talking with Lex -- it's been a long time. Like since I left school for the break.

Ummmm other news ---- not really anything else to say. I hope that everyone has a BLESSED CHRISTMAS AND A SAFE NEW YEAR -- AND JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON AND as always if you need anything -- please let me know and I'll try my best -- manamamita@aol.com

Hey everyone -- it's been a long time since I've written frist a Bible Verse for ya'll

"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life." Galatians 6:7-8 NIV

I know which woman I wanna be -- I want to be the one who sows to please the Spirit, and from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

Well, quick run down of the last week --

Took all my finals, Started a new job -- had a good weekend, got sick yucky!!!!

My job is at The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters -- I'm working in the Radio Ministries Section and helping out the with the Spanish listeners stuff -- yesterday was my first full day and it was great I really felt like it was where i belonged. It's really great knowing that I work for a christian organization and that there are people there to help me out. And that's totally what I've been needing. I am still going to be attending University full time and working at Central Elementary -- but my job at THQ is only temporary and will give me a chance to get outta Carrollton and maybe get involved in a corps during their wednesday night programing.


I have to say that some things that I am going back and reading maybe were written out of anger and I'm totally sorry. I shouldn't be bashing people....I should be lifting you up in the name of Jesus. I hope that everything is going well and wish you all the best. God is faithful and He will carry you through.

So -- I got a 90 on my general psychology project that I waited till the last minute to do....fun stuff. My exam in that class I didn't think was to hard

Right now I'm studying for my spanish exam that's at 2 today. And for some reason i totally understand everything that's going to be on it. LIke I know when we took midterms I had a lot going on in my life -- and now there's not anything big happening or my heart's not getting broken so I can focus and it's awesome.

I hope that I do well this semester. I'm so excited about friday -- i totally can't wait. YIPPPEEEEEEEEEEE>............

So this weekend/end of last week was great!!!!!! I had a job interview -- GOT THE JOB, YIPPEE -- GO ME. I'm so excited and can't wait to see how God is going to use me.

Wonderful surprise in my email -- It was from PHILL -- ahhhhh Phill, yeah I totally wish I could have one of those good ole PHILL hugs, WINK WINK.......

I went home friday -- chilled at the office with the kids and the staff, that's always fun.

Saturday was crazy-- got up got ready -- went and met up with EMILY B , that was so much fun, I'm so glad I got to see you while you were here. Then went home for Chelsea's Bridal shower, then Lindsay came, ohhhhh fun fun fun stuff. We watched COPS, counted, then stayed up and talked till like 3.

Sunday, today, was great. we went to church. Great service, Matt preached, great job, totally impressed and such a great sermon, way to follow the Holy Spirit. Then we did LOM, and that was fun -- got to play Chirstmas carols for the people, yippee. After all that, Lind and me went to the MOG and shopped, NY n Co rocks my world, I'd be naked wtihout them. then we had dinner at Maccronni(spelled wrong) Grill.

Now, I'm back at school, about to study for my 1st exam tomorrow. Have a good night.
